FRIDAY, JULY 23, 2027

  • Arrivals, check-in at our hotel lobby event table - Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown Hotel

  • Specific check-in instructions will be given in our Master Schedule coming soon.

  • Evening Free in Nashville!

SATURDAY, JULY 24, 2027

  • Morning: Breakfast

  • Morning: Choir Rehearsal (hotel ballroom)

  • Afternoon: Choir Rehearsal until approx. 5:00p (hotel ballroom)

  • Evening: Free Time

SUNDAY, JULY 25, 2027

  • Morning: Breakfast and Free time; prepare for performance day

  • 1 pm: All Non-Performing guests - Special Excursion

  • 1 to 4:30 pm: Final Rehearsal at the Schermerhorn – casual dress

  • 4:30 to 6 pm: Choir returns to hotel to freshen up and dress for concert

  • 6:15 pm: Choir in position and ready for the concert

  • 7:00 pm: Concert Begins

  • 9:15 pm: Concert ends.

  • 9:30 PM: Depart for Dinner Cruise

  • 10:00 pm: Dinner Cruise

  • 12:00 am: Return to Sheraton Hotel

MONDAY JULY 26, 2027

  • Morning: Breakfast and Free time

  • 11 am: Hotel checkout

  • Departures - Extended stay nights are available.

  • Travel and airport transfers coordinated by individual participants; taxi or Uber to the hotel
