FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2026
Airport arrivals, hotel transports, check-in at our lobby event table
SHERATON TIMES SQUARE HOTEL, 7th Ave & 53rd St.
Hotel Checkin - 4pm; Event Welcome Table checkin - 2pm-9pm
Evening Free in NYC
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2024
8am: All Participants, Welcome meeting, Devotion, and Choir Rehearsal begins
Noon: Lunch break
Afternoon 1:15pm-5pm: Choir Rehearsal
Evening: Free
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2026
Morning: Free time; prepare for performance day
1pm: All non-performing guests - (optional) Tour of Carnegie Hall
1pm to 4:30pm: Final Rehearsal at Carnegie Hall – casual dress
4:30 to 6:00pm: Choir returns to hotel to freshen up and dress for concert
6:30pm: Choir in position backstage and ready for the concert
7:00pm: Concert Begins
9:30pm: Concert ends. Choir, Non-Performers and VIP ticket-holders will be shuttled to the dinner cruise on the Spirit of New York
After the cruise shuttles return us back to our hotel (approximately 12:00 am)

Morning Free
12pm: Hotel checkout
