  • Late evening departures; air travel overnight to Heathrow Airport (Travel info below)

Thursday, November 18, 2027

  • Airport arrivals, Uber/Lyft/Cab transfer to hotel, check-in at our lobby event table

    St. Ermin’s Hotel, Caxton Street, London SW 1H 0QW

  • Specific check-in instructions will be given in our Master Schedule coming later.

  • Rest from jet-lag/aclimate to time change; Evening Free in London!

FRIDAY, November 19, 2027

  • Breakfast provided each morning at hotel

  • Rehearsals / Missions activities (optional) / tourism

SATURDAY, November 20, 2027

  • Morning:  Free time; prepare for performance day

  • Afternoon rehearsal in Central Hall / evening performance

 SUNDAY, November 21, 2027

  • Mission activites / Partner with local ministries (optional)

  • Free time for tourism

  • Evening - Celebration Dinner with full group (DO NOT MISS!)

MONDAY, November 22, 2027

  • late morning train to Coventry Cathedral

  • lunch in Coventry; afternoon run-thru

  • Evening performance in Coventry Cathedral

  • Return train to London/hotel

TUESDAY, November 23, 2027

  • Departures - morning check out; transfer to airport via UBER/LYFT/CAB

  • Extended stay nights are available.

TRAVEL TO / FROM LONDON:

  • Travel and airport transfers are responsibility of individual participants

  • Plan your air travel into London Heathrow Airport (airport code - LHR)

  • Recommended you book to depart late Wed evening, fly overnight to LHR, arrive Thursday AM, transfer to our hotel for an early afternoon check-in

  • taxi or Uber/Lyft to the St. Ermin’s Hotel (process is the same as if you were in the US)

  • Return Flights - Book early Tues am flights LHR to your home airport

  • UBER/Lyft/Cab to LHR

  • Be sure to check your flight status before travel, watch for schedule changes and anticipate delays.
