4 People In A Room: $1095 per person
3 People In A Room: $1195 per person
2 People In A Room: $1295 per person
1 Person In A Room: $1,595 per person

*Registration includes additional tax and a one-time $49 processing fee

$150 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation;

1/3 of Balance due November 1, 2023

1/3 of Balance due December 1, 2023

and final balance due February 1, 2024

Refund policies are stated in registration terms and conditions and are included in all registration and payment confirmations.

EVENT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1:  Participants decide who will stay in a room together. The number of guests in one room will determine the package types (i.e. Double, Triple, Quad, Single).

Step 2:  One person from the room will be the “Primary Registrant” for that room and will go to the registration link to “set up” the room for all guests in that room.

 Find your event at:   www.TrueNorthPresents.com/upcoming-events

and go to the REGISTER tab.

Step 3:  The Primary registrant will add the name and email for each room guest and will be prompted to indicate if the “Primary Registrant” is financially responsible for all packages in the room OR if each guest will be financially responsible for their package costs.

Step 4:  After the Primary Registrant has completed the room registration and paid their initial deposit, each guest will receive an email inviting them to the registration to add personal information and set up their payments (if applicable).

*IMPORTANT: For the other room guests (making their own payments)…our system will have their name associated with their email address, so they should click on FORGOT USERNAME or PASSWORD? …on the lower left of the Login screen to RESET a username/password for their personal access to the registration.

Step 5:  The deposit schedule can be found in the registration profile and in all deposit confirmation emails. True North Presents DOES NOT automatically charge your account for payments that are due. 

*Registrants must login before or on their due date to initiate deposit payments.
